When you visit our practice, we will recommend the appropriate dental x rays and perform a comprehensive examination to create a customized treatment plan that fits your oral health needs. Dental Crowns, Veneers, and Bridges
Crown
When the damage to a tooth is substantial, whether it be from a fracture, extensive decay, or severe staining, a dental crown can be used to recreate the shape, form, and function of a healthy tooth. At Signature Dental, we are proud to offer single visit crowns. This is possible thanks to our state-of-the-art intraoral scanner and CAD/CAM design software. Crowns are milled on site using our CEREC mill and characterized to match your teeth using custom stain and glaze techniques, resulting in a beautiful restoration without having to leave the office. We understand that your time is valuable and returning to the dentist to get your crown is not always easy for your busy schedule.
Veneer
Dental veneers are porcelain restorations that are bonded to the front of your teeth with the goal of improving our smile. Veneers require minimal tooth modification and are designed by skilled ceramists, specifically crafted to your ideal shade, translucency, and shape. You may be a good candidate for veneers if your goal is to correct the shade, position, and/or shape of your existing teeth.
Bridge
A dental bridge is a prosthesis used to replace one or several missing teeth. A bridge utilizes the teeth neighboring the missing tooth as support structures. Bridges are ideal for a patient who is not a suitable candidate for an implant and does not want to have to take a denture out at night.
Root Canals
Root Canal
When your tooth becomes infected or abscessed, a root canal treatment may be indicated to save the tooth. This will get you out of pain, allow you to preserve your tooth structure, and extend the life of your tooth.
Dentures

Dentures are a removable prosthesis used to replace missing teeth. Dentures vary by the number of teeth they replace and the material used to make the prosthetic. Dentures are a cost-effective method of replacing missing teeth and restoring your smile.

Teeth Whitening
Zoom Whitening
Whether it’s your daily coffee, afternoon tea, or an occasional glass of red wine, we all experience darkening of our teeth over time. Tooth Whitening is a quick and effective method to restore the bright and vibrant smile you deserve. We are proud to offer Zoom Whitening, a technique that uses ultraviolet light to activate the whitening agent. This allows you to whiten your smile while also minimizing the likelihood of developing tooth sensitivity. We also offer customized bleaching trays that fit your teeth perfectly to whiten your teeth at home or on the go.
Surgical
Implants
When you are missing a tooth, a dental implant is considered the gold standard replacement method. A titanium implant is placed into the jaw bone, mimicking a tooth root. An artificial tooth is then attached to the implant by a connector known as an abutment. This prosthesis provides the most life-like replacement of a natural tooth. At Signature Dental, we utilize an in-office CBCT that captures 3D images of your jaw bone, allowing us to plan every detail of your implant before you even sit in the operatory. If multiple teeth need to be replaced, an implant-bridge can be utilized.
Extractions
A tooth extraction is a dental procedure during which your tooth is completely removed from its socket.
Bone Grafting (Socket Preservation)
When you lose a tooth, an empty tooth socket is left in your mouth. We offer a procedure that replaces the missing bone in that socket so a dental implant can be placed there in the future.
Tissue Biopsy
10.5 in 100,000 people will be affected by oral cancer. Early detection is critical. Signature Dental works with Tufts University to evaluate and diagnose oral pathology.
Clear Aligners
Suresmile
Clear aligners are used to move the teeth into an ideal position without the embarrassment that comes along with traditional metal braces. Using removable transparent trays that are swapped out every seven to ten days, we are able to recreate a perfect smile. If you have a special event, these trays can easily be removed. The process is quick and simple. Treatment begins with a consultation to determine your particular goals. We then take photographs and use our digital scanner to record the position of your teeth. A customized plan is created to help you achieve your ideal smile. Treatment is typically quick, usually less than six months total.
